This easy peasy ‘ice cream’ is too good to be true!!! Soo creamy! Why had i not tried this sooner!??
– Makes 1-2 servings
What you’ll need:
– 2 frozen bananas
– 3 medjool dates
– 1 t vanilla extract or ground vanilla bean
– 1/4 C water
– 2 T chopped walnuts
– maple syrup (the real stuff, not the flavoured crap) to drizzle on top
What to do:
– Throw everything except the last two ingredients into a high speed blender/food processor (a Vitamix or Blendtec works magically with this). You may need to scrape down the sides and give it a mix in between pulses.
– Spoon mixture into serving bowls and garnish with chopped walnuts and maple syrup.
